Gow Publishing offers:

•Book sales (digital and physical)

•Publishing services (editing, formatting, cover design, ISBN assignment, KDP setup)

•Consultations

•Digital downloads (free and paid)

Future services may include paid courses or memberships, which will have additional terms.

4. Payment Terms

We currently accept:

•PayPal

•Direct bank transfer

4.1 Author Services (Publishing Services)

•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

•Work will only commence after payment confirmation.

•The remaining 50% balance is due before final delivery of completed work.

4.2 Books & Digital Downloads

All sales of books (physical or digital) and digital resources are final.

No refunds or exchanges are offered for these purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

•If Gow Publishing cannot complete the service as agreed, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made.

•If the client cancels after partial work has been completed, a fair partial refund will be issued based on:

    •Work completed up to the cancellation

    •Time and resources already invested

    •The remaining balance will be refunded

    •All completed work up to that point will be delivered to the client

5.2 Books & Materials

•All sales are final.

•No refunds for digital products, ebooks, or physical books unless required by law.

6. User Accounts

We currently do not offer user accounts or allow user-generated content (reviews, uploads, comments). If this changes in the future, we will update these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, book content, and branding—is the intellectual property of Gow Publishing.

 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as:

•PayPal for payment processing

•ConvertKit for email marketing

•Google Analytics for website analytics

•Namecheap Stellar Hosting for hosting

•Google Calendar for scheduling consultations

To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law:
